Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Maria Christoulia and I am an architect.
I took the liberty of writing to you in order to introduce you to ELAWIATR, who I had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with through the VIDEO ART ΜIDEN festival “from zero to infinity” where part of her work was presented.

I acknowledge your passion for aesthetics and care for art maintenance. People involved in the analysis of art, who help to define the value of a work, the value of an artist – art critics are not the only ones that carry the load of maintaining art in our times.

As I perceive it, art is the only means by which we humans manage to communicate with each other in perpetuity, dissolving time as we receive it in our finite lives and giving us the right to dream about eternity. I consider it every educated person’s duty to assess art, highlight it and protect it, as it is a valuable navigation tool for humanity through time.

ELAWIATR is an infinite artist that has dedicated her life to exploring the limits of art by moving on the border between life and Art.
Creation = birth, according to the platonic definition of the life of art.
Shaping her own life as if it is an artistic sculpture, she is shaped by herself like a sculpture, as an icon, as a mosaic.
In a static reality, she creates a new dimension of existence, The NEW RENAISSANCE, in which only those who have the possibility of synergy with her have the ability to exist and move in the way that Art moves. Unfolding, from contra posto to serpentinata.

She talks about her Art, about ELAWIATR, always in the third person, about The NEW RENAISSANCE, and her words become immediately part of it-since they are her own, and she is the work of Art. ELAWIATR is a scultura vivente, a total Artist and at the same time a unique masterpiece.

Her NEW RENAISSANCE’s Art, consists of Quantum Time videos, paintings, drawings, sculptures, photography, everything with a potential to commercialize.

She handles this template as an icon screen, which contains her very existence as “the Artist” and the “object of Art”. A template that contains all her transformations in a way people can interact, admire, follow, worship everything she touches like it’s blessed and receive her energy as it flows through.

The INSTA ART stories – placed on the top of her template – like a Byzantine dodekaorton (a calendar of events) on the top of the templon (icon screen) – are “chapters in the book of life”.
Fragments of ELAWIATR, articulated in different angles, following a different rhythm. A reconstructed reality after it’s been filtered through the Artist ELAWIATR, edited in a way that forms the ELAWIATR Art.

The brief interaction I had with her brought me to realize that still, since the ancient times nothing has come close to define ART as something that is created by a divine existence (Homer calls for the muse in order to write and recital), even though artists that carried this divine element were appraised by critics and historians.
ELAWIATR re-defines Art. Coming closer to where it all began and moving a step ahead, perceives Art as a preexisting action of the Artist.

For ELAWIATR Art is not about the craft. Art is everything the Artist creates. Art is everything that interacts with her with because her presence changes her surroundings.
